For your information, these are some of our most frequently asked questions:
Q. Do you have a Minimum Order.
A. No we are happy to supply any quantity from 1 – 10,000+.

Q. Why do I need digitizing I have already got art work.
A. To operate an Embroidery Machine your Artwork has to be turned into one of several Embroidery Machine Formats. This is a skilled job and is one of the main elements of a high quality Embroidery.

Q. How long do you take to deliver.
A. Within 7/10 working days once you have approved the Embroidery Design and paid the invoice. In an emergency we can sometimes complete the whole process 3/5 days.

Q. How much does Digitizing cost.
A. An average Design would cost around $65 but we will give you an accurate cost when we see the Design. Email us your Design and we will give you a quote.

Q. Can I use the Design again.
A. Yes. We keep the design on file for future use. There is no additional setup costs once the logo is digitized.  

Q. I already have my Design on disk, can you use it.
A. Yes if it is in any of the main Embroidery formats. Tajima, Wilcom, Barudan, Happy, ZSK.

Q. I have got my own garments will you Embroider them for me.
A. Yes, we will give you a price when we see the Design.

Q. Do you do Childrens Sizes.
A. Yes most of the garments displayed can be supplied in childrens sizes.

Q. Can you Embroider Caps.
A. Yes.

Q. I want names of individuals on my garments can you do that.
A. Yes, Monogramming is one of our many services.

 Q. I only want the name of my Company on the garments do I have to pay for digitizing.
A. If one of our Standard Fonts is suitable then we could create a Design without
digitizing costs.

Q. Can you give me any idea's for a Design.
A. Yes if required. We work with many skilled artist who can create a logo for you.
